Orders​

Orders are processed the same day they are received or on the next business day if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday. If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order, you will be updated as the items are shipped. Delivery fees and taxes, if applicable, are charged on a prorated basis as items are shipped.

When ordering online, or by email, we will send an order confirmation via email.

We provide a warranty against manufacturer defects only when new product mechanisms are found to be defective. There is no warranty expressed or implied for products used in a commercial environment and in a sharing-economy use. No warranty on clearance items.

Shipping

Once your order has been placed you will receive a tracking number and confirmation email. Orders will be typically fulfilled within 3-5 business days unless an express shipping option is requested. Depending on the order, we can either modify existing stock items with your logo or embroidery (depending on product). This will take 10 business days. Larger bespoke orders are manufactured on demand in our overseas factory and will take 12-16 weeks to fulfill. This ensures we can keep your costs to a minimum. In both cases you will receive a quote or a proforma and if you accept we will move to production.

We accept payment by all major credit cards, and wire transfer and offer terms for business accounts.
